Challenge

Signal Security — a locally owned, globally powered security services franchise operating across the United States — needed a unified digital platform that could serve three completely different audiences simultaneously: prospective franchise owners looking to invest, businesses and communities seeking security solutions, and job seekers wanting to join the team. The existing presence could not handle the complexity of multi-audience storytelling, franchise discovery, location finding, and lead generation at scale.

Solution

Wire Studio designed and built a comprehensive multi-audience web platform featuring three distinct user journeys — "Own a Franchise", "Explore Security Solutions", and "Join Our Team" — each with dedicated navigation, landing pages, and conversion flows. The platform included a franchise opportunity hub (why Signal, process, investment costs, available markets/lots marketplace), a security solutions section organized by industry vertical (Residential, Manufacturing, Industrial, Distribution, Commercial), a location finder connecting users to their nearest Signal franchise, a careers portal, a case studies and blog newsroom, and a franchisee login portal integrated with Signal's EDGE management system.

Outcome

A scalable, multi-audience digital platform that supports Signal's continued national franchise expansion — driving franchise inquiries, customer quote requests, and security officer applications from a single unified web presence.
